What if I'm not happy with my analysis?
With our Ludesi Pro analysis we are able to guarantee a very high level of data correctness and completeness and we will actively work on the data until it has passed a certain quality checkpaint for spot detection and matching. However, if you do spot anything that is not correct you have the option of asking us to fix it (which we are happy to do at no extra cost) or simply fix it yourself using the Editing Tools provided in the REDIN software.
If you have chosen Ludesi Basic you need to expect a certain percentage of mistakes in the data that you can easily correct yourself using the Editing Tools. If mismatches or incorrectly drawn spot borders occur, is highly dependent on the complexity of the 2D gel images themselves. We have found that for gels with highly reproducible and nicely separated spot patterns, Ludesi Basic performs extremely well and no additional work is required.
