Can I analyze my DIGE gels with REDFIN?
Yes, you can analyze DIGE stained gels in REDFIN, or the Ludesi Basic and Pro service for that matter, by selecting "DIGE" at the beginning of the analysis setup wizard.
Unlike some other software vendors, we do not charge extra to give you DIGE compatibility. You continue to pay per gel as usual according to the price per credit.
In fact, it is cheaper when you run DIGE gels, as you only have to pay per gel, not per image. So say you have run 4 DIGE gels resulting in 12 images (4 internal standard images, 8 samples). To analyze this experiment with REDFIN you are not required to purchase 12 analysis credits (one for each image), but in fact only 4 (one for each gel).
