What does the % presence column show?
The % presence tells you in how many gels of the total gel number of a particular comparison, a spot was detected.
For example, if you have 2 groups with 5 gels in each group and a spot is found in 8 out of those 10 gels, then your presence will be 80%. If you want to only look at spots that are present in all gels you have to set the filter to 100%.
