With the introduction of this new offering, Ludesi’s premier 2D Gel Image Analysis Service has been renamed to Ludesi Pro.

Ludesi Basic is a light-weight version of Ludesi’s 2D gel image analysis service that still significantly outperforms other 2D gel software in terms of data quality. Furthermore it is easy to learn, easy to use, and offers a fast turnaround time.

Ludesi Basic is specifically designed to meet the needs and requirements of research groups that need a high discovery potential compared to conventional 2D gel software, but who have budget restrictions that limit their use of the top-of-the-line Ludesi Pro offering. Ludesi Basic is also excellent for certain proteomics experiments where the extensive data quality control of Ludesi Pro might not be fully needed.
