What software is being used in the Ludesi Analysis Center?

The Ludesi Analysis Center is using Ludesi’s proprietary inhouse image analysis software, ”Analyzer”.
Analyzer is operated by a team of experts, and has been optimized entirely for accuracy and flexibility. Flexibility meaning that there are many parameters for us to adjust, in order to optimize performance for your individual experiments and the different challenges they bring.
The Ludesi image analysis software system has proven to be far superior to any commercial available 2D gel software, as shown in numerous direct comparisons with our customers.
